We will meditate, contemplate, be aware in very ancient and sacred places, first of all revealing our Mystery… The Mystery which lives in each of us… The Mystery, in grasping which we are able to find our original nature, remember who we really are and live in a clear, pure perception and with an open Heart.
We’ll start our journey with a unique experience… We’ll go to the Oasis of Siwa… A place where hardly any tourists visit Egypt. It’s an ancient, secret place that has always held a certain mystery… A place where the Oracles of Amon of ancient Egypt lived and which many became aware of after Alexander the Great became Pharaoh here… Here it is still possible to hear what is hidden and inaccessible… And, we will visit these places on the eve of the Spring Equinox, making an inner revision and thanks to the past… It is a time of awareness and purification.
In Siwa we also have the magical and mystical experience of a night of Ritual with the sacred Fire under the starry sky in the Sahara Desert!
And then, returning from Siva just before the vernal equinox, we will travel for 7 days by a comfortable private minibus from Cairo and the Great Pyramids of Giza down along the Nile, to Luxor and its many temples, visiting about 12-15 Sacred Places of Egyptian Civilization, many of which you have probably never heard of before! The journey is a Mystery… A Mystery of Awareness… A Mystery of Cognition of the Mystery… On this journey we will visit such unique places of ancient Egypt as the Pyramids of Saqqara — Djoser, the Pink Pyramid, the Broken Pyramid and the Great Pyramids at Giza, where we will experience ancient Egypt itself — its cosmogony and depth… We will find our centre and reveal our inner space at these magical places. We will then travel to the inter-world — a true Desert Mystery!
A unique place where the remains of sea creatures that lived some 40 million years ago have been found — the Valley of the Whales — and a nighttime mystery of star-gazing will be a space of Mystery and Enchantment for us. Then we will head south to other sites in the region, the temples of Osiris at Abydos and Goddess Hathor at Dendera. We will also visit the cult site of Akhetaton, one of the ancient capitals of Egypt, built by the legendary Ehnaton in honour of the Sun God — Aton, another ancient capital of Amon — Thebes and other sacral sites, where we will practice, meditate and become aware!
We will be accompanied along the whole route by our good Egyptian friends, who have been working for many years as professional guides in Egyptian sacred places and will arrange amazing meetings with very interesting people, who will make us even more aware and understand the mysteries of Ancient Egypt and the modern Spiritual Tradition in Egypt — Sufism.
After these 11 days of travel through the Sacred Places of Ancient Egypt, where we will deeply feel, experience and experience all the beauty and grandeur of the harmonious connection of ancient people with their Gods, with the forces of nature, the elements, the starry sky, full of strength and in a clear state of mind, who wants can go on a wonderful holiday at the Red Sea!

During these 3 days I will hold a workshop for those who wish to develop Mindfulness in waking and dreaming «Heart Wisdom Path», where I will share my experience on how to integrate mindfulness and meditation practices into your daily life to make it an Open Heart Path! You will learn and receive techniques and practices for relaxation and mindfulness development to further practice them and develop mindfulness in waking and dreaming.

Day 1, 15 March 2023.
Arrival in Cairo, transfer and hotel accommodation. In the evening getting to know each other, socializing and discovering the space of our journey! Overnight at the hotel opposite the Pyramids.
Day 2, March 16, 2023.
We have breakfast and head to Cairo Museum of Ancient Egypt. It is a very interesting place where we can see unique artifacts of Egyptian civilization. Then after a light lunch we leave for Siva.
Transfer Cairo — Siwa. Overnight at an authentic hotel in Siva.
Day 3, 17 March 2023.
Transfer Marsa Matruh — Siwa (approx. 3 hours). Meditations at the Temple of the Oracle of Amun and other ancient ruins of Siwa.
In the evening, relax in the hot springs and have dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4, 18th March 2023.
Continuation and deepening into the Meditative experience of contemplation and revisiting at the ruins of the ancient temples of Siva!
The Old Town and the start of a Jeep Safari across the Sahara Desert! Sunset and a Magical Night under the Starry Skies by the Desert Fire! This will be an unforgettable experience that you will definitely remember forever! We sleep in special tents.
Day 5, 19th March 2023.
In the morning we visit the amazingly beautiful Salt Lakes, where we bathe, cleanse and regenerate.)
Transfer to Cairo and hotel accommodation. Festive dinner and rest contemplating the Pyramids. Overnight at the hotel opposite the Pyramids!
Day 6, 20 March 2023.
Day of Spring Equinox! Meditation practices in the First Pyramid in Egypt, the Pyramid of Djoser, as well as visiting the Pink and Broken Pyramids. In the evening at the exact time of the Great Transition Meditation in front of the Great Pyramids of Giza!
Evening laser show in front of the Sphinx and the Great Pyramids at Giza. Overnight at the Hotel in front of the Great Pyramids.
Day 7, 21 March 2023.
Sacred walking, visiting and contemplative practices at the Sphinx and the Three Great Pyramids in Giza. Meditation Harmonisation of Time and Space. Those wishing to do so can enter the Pyramid.
Drive towards the El Fayoum Desert. Overnight in a hotel or guesthouse with a good location!
Day 8, 22nd March 2023.
Trekking through a unique natural place — the Desert Valley of the Whale! Paleontological finds at the bottom of an ocean tens of millions of years old! Jeep Safari and meditation practice in the Temple of Nature.
Transfer to El Minho. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 9, 23rd March 2023.
Visit, Meditation and Ritual of Thanksgiving to the Sun at the legendary ruins of the ancient city of Akhetaton built by Pharaoh Ehnaton and his Consort Nefertiti who were the first to exalt the One God — Aton symbolizing the Sun! To be in such a place and to launch your Intent into the future is Great Luck!
Transfer to Abydos. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10, 24 March 2023.
Delicious breakfast and visit with meditations at the Temple of Osiris! A unique Place of Power! Meeting some very interesting people on the subject of Ancient Egyptian Magic!
Transfer to Dendera. Magical places connected with feminine energies and deities — Temple of Goddess Hathor, Sacred lake, underground crypts and Temple of Isis! Ritual of Thanksgiving to Mother Earth and contemplative practices.
Transfer to Luxor. Hotel accommodation, evening chat and rest.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 11, 25 March 2023.
Luxor — ancient capital of Upper Egypt and one of the most interesting archeological and sacral sites in Egypt!
Visit and meditate in the Valley of the Kings. The temples of Queen Hatshepsut and the Karnak Temple. Meditation in a unique and private location at the Karnak Temple.
Rest in the evening and overnight at the hotel in Luxor.
Day 12, 26 March 2023.
Morning transfer to Edfu and visit to the Temple of Horus with practices of Meditation and Harmonization. Temple of Horus is one of the most important temples of ancient Egypt.
In the afternoon we conclude the main part of our trip and those who wish can go to the Red Sea or return to Luxor and go from there in free mode:)

A lovely holiday in a nice hotel on the Red Sea Coast!
An option is Marsa El Alam, Egypt’s southernmost resort, which is still unknown to many and is famous for its stunning Nature and unique Reef with a huge variety of marine life!
On these final days, in addition to discussing, revisiting and realising our magical journey to the Places of Power of Ancient Egypt — Eugene Snezhkin will hold a workshop on Meditation and Development of Awareness in Wakefulness and Dreaming «The Way of Heart Wisdom» for those who wish.
At the end of the programme we have a good breakfast, swim in the sea, give a festive farewell and thanks to the Holy Land of Egypt, transfer to Hurghada airport and fly to Cairo!
Day 15, 29th March. Departure Home.
We have a relaxing and festive lunch and fly home happy, rested and full of energy!

About the journey leader:
Eugeny Sniezhkin — an experienced facilitator of trainings and seminars on mindfulness development and mindfulness management, founder of the Spirit of Life international project, as well as an organiser and guide in unique learning and enlightening journeys to Power Places around the world.
Eugene passed many years of training in various Spiritual Traditions of the Realized Masters whose teachings are aimed at comprehension of Life in all its manifestations. This learning, his own experience of self-improvement, implementation of knowledge and methods and, of course, reliance on the Wisdom of the Ancestors, is the basis for transferring knowledge and methods of harmonising life for people.
Since the age of 18 I started actively studying and practicing such traditions and systems of self-knowledge as Indian yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, shamanism, Taoist teaching, Egyptian taro, Sufi techniques. Travelling to the places of power around the world, learning from the Masters and comprehending the principles of meditation, mindfulness and awareness in everyday life were the basis of seminars and practices conducted by Yevgeny.
In his youth he travelled in Europe. And from the age of 26 he accompanied groups as an organizer and facilitator on trips to places of power around the world. His main destinations have been Asia and America — Nepal (22 times), India (12 times), Mexico (11 times), Tibet (9 times), Peru and Morocco (5 times), and many times Iran, China, Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Bolivia, South Africa and other countries. During these years Eugene has organized and conducted about 100 trips to Places of Power around the world.

ТАЙНЫ ДРЕВНЕГО ЕГИПТА — МИСТЕРИЯ ОСОЗНАВАНИЯ В ВЕСЕННЕЕ РАВНОДЕНСТВИЕ

Прилёт в Тибет — прибытие в аэропорт Гоннгар, переезд в Лхасу, посещение монастыря Джоканг. Вечернее знакомство с беседой и медитативной практикой. День прилета в Тибет!
В этот день мы встречаемся около 8:00 в Ивано-Франковске (или в 9:00, кому удобнее в Коломые). Затем нас ждет переезд в с. Космач, размещение в усадьбе Медвежья, завтрак, небольшой отдых и начало похода за Силой.
Как говорил Будда Шакьямуни – Все Победы и Поражения происходят Внутри Нас! И у каждого участника будет возможность прочувствовать это на собственном опыте. Ранним утром мы отправимся в путь чтобы за несколько часов стартуя с 4650 м. достигнуть высоты 5630 м. Перевал Дролма Ла ещё называют перевалом Перерождения. Согласно местным обычаям, кто пройдёт этот перевал – рождается заново! Многие оставляют здесь свою старую одежду как символ старой жизни, от которой освободились. Можно взамен взять что-нибудь с перевала, — всё, побывавшее здесь, будет обладать волшебными и защитными свойствами. Паломники выполняют на перевале сложный комплекс ритуалов: чтение мантр, обход перевала, предложение благовоний, пива чанг, чая, простирание ниц и т.д. Находясь на перевале, паломник зорко наблюдает за знаками, которые здесь говорят ему о его судьбе.
Сегодня Мы отправимся в Сагу и скажем «До Свиданья, Великой горе – Кайлаш, или Канг Ринпоче, как Его называют Тибетцы. Это Снежный Драгоценный Учитель! По Пути мы совершим Пуджу Благодарения Духам и Хранителям тех мест, где Мы побывали. Мы сделаем это на священном холме, где по легенде Гуру Ринпоче также проходил и проводил Ритуалы по Пути в Самье и на Кайлаш.
Сегодня нас ожидают Медитации на территории легендарного ретритного комплекса 108 пещер, где практиковал Гуру Ринпоче, его Ученики, король Трисонг Децен, принцесса Йеше Цогьял и другие легендарные Йогины, как например Лонгчен Рабджампа. Ни один рассказ об этом месте не передаст того, что там происходило и происходит до сих пор. Это место, где 9 из 25-ти учеников Гуру Ринпоче обрели Сиддхи — сверхъестественные способности, место, где живёт единство Мудрости и сострадания, место где каждый может ощутить сам всю красоту этой Традиции..
Этот день мы проведём чуть в дороге, и потом вылетим домой!
Это наш можно сказать заключительный полный день в путешествии посвященной земле Тибета!
Посещение Священной пещеры Гуру Ринпоче у Подножия самой высокой Вершины мира – Эвереста! Ритуал Благодарения Тибета и Предков! Ранним утром мы отправимся в волшебное место из города Тингри, который находится у подножия Гималаев – к Базовому Лагерю Эвереста. Здесь совсем близко у самой высокой Горы Мира – Эвереста или Джомолунгмы, как её называют – медитировал Легендарный Йогин – Гуру Ринпоче!
Пещеры Гуру Ринпоче и Миларепы. Переход в Дарчен и переезд на Озеро Манасаровар. Посещение монастыря Чиу.
Сегодня в волшебное и благоприятное время в Полнолуние мы начинаем священную Кору вокруг Кайлаша! !!! Кора — с тибетского переводится, как обход по кругу священного места! И как Земля совершает круг вокруг светила, дающего ей жизнь, так тибетские паломники совершают обход вокруг священной горы Кайлаш.
В этот день мы будем после переезда через многочисленные высокогорные плато и перевал Маюмла (высота 5080 м). В середине дня мы посетим уникальный монастырь связанный с тремя волосинами Гуру Ринпоче и считается, что здесь он победил одного из Демонов, по пути в Самье, где окончательно совершил укоренение Буддизма в Тибете.
Ранним утром после недолгого переезда мы окажемся в одном уникальном месте, который Вы скорее всего не найдёте ни в одном из «туристических маршрутов» по Тибету… Хотя оно совсем недалеко от маршрута, по которому ездит большинство групп… Место, откуда по одной из версий Гуру Ринпоче покинул Тибет ускакав на своем коне в Небо и сейчас пребывая в Благородных Землях в состоянии Ваджрадхары!
Углублённая практика Медитаций в легендарном ретритном комплексе 108 пещер Самье Чимпу с Ламой Кхьянце. Переезд в Дракмар Ямалунг и обратно в Самье. Сегодня будет 10-й день Луны — День Гуру Ринпоче!
Посещение Храма защитников на священной горе Хепо Ри и первый монастырь буддизма в Тибете — Самье.
Выезд из Самье, после утренней церемонии в монастыре. Перевал Каро Ла и озеро Ямдрок Тсо. Переезд в Шигадзе — монастырь Ташилунгпо. В этот день мы начинаем свой переезд на комфортабельном автобусе к священному Кайлашу!
Практики Созерцания и взаимодействия с Традицией Тибетского Буддизма.
Сегодня нас ожидает посещение одних из самых священных и легендарных мест Тибета – долины Гаруды связанной с Традицией Бон и Тиртхапури – местом, которое называют Макушкой Гуру Ринпоче, где находятся уникальные святыни связанные с его именем. Тиртхапури – это место, которое невозможно описать – здесь в красных скалах находится 8 форм Гуру Ринпоче. Здесь находится место, в котором он открывал Терма – Сокровище Учения…
Рано утром мы выедим из Шигадзе и отправимся в монастырь Сакья, где хранятся древние святыни тибетского буддизма. Считается, что монастырь Сакья находится в очень священном месте Тибета в долине окружённой горами и на голове- макушке Короля Нагов!
Сегодня нам предстоит покинуть Лхасу и отправиться в священные места долины Ярлунг колыбель тибетского Буддизма, места практики Гуру Ринпоче. У нас будет возможность практиковать и созерцать в пещерах, которые не посещают туристы, как это делал здесь легендарный Йогин из Уддияны — Гуру Падмасабхава, его ученики и другие практики Тибета на протяжении многих столетий. Эти места особенно важны, в свете осознавания того Перехода, который совершит каждый из нас в определённое время и элементы и образы которого описаны в «Тибетской Книге Мёртвых — Бардо Тхёдол».
